Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for shopping at Merloan.

Our products are fulfilled and shipped through different production and fulfillment partners. Depending on the product ordered, your item may be produced specifically for you after your order has been placed.

The estimated delivery time, including processing, production and shipping, is generally 5–20 business days.

Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Processing and Fulfillment

Some Merloan products are made to order. This means that production only begins after we receive your order.

Processing and fulfillment times vary depending on the product, production location and current order volume. The estimated delivery time stated above already takes normal processing and fulfillment times into account.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the products ordered, delivery address and destination country.

The applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products may be produced and fulfilled at different locations, an order containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one package.

As a result, individual items from the same order may arrive on different days.

You will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because your order is delivered in multiple packages unless otherwise clearly indicated during checkout.

Possible Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances such as unusually high order volumes, production delays, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at servicemerloan@gmail.com so that we can check the status of your shipment.

International Shipping

We ship to the countries available for selection during checkout.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless these charges are already included in the purchase price or collected during checkout, they are not charged or collected by Merloan and may be payable by the recipient in accordance with the applicable regulations of the destination country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at servicemerloan@gmail.com.

We will do our best to correct the address before fulfillment or shipment begins. However, once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.
